“There was no conditioner in our shower, no exhaust fan in the bathroom so any use of the shower meant the entire bathroom was damp from steam as it was a closet almost it was so tight. The stairwell was one of the dirtiest stairwells I’ve seen but the elevators were so slow we used it because it was faster to trek to the other corner of the hotel. Go up flights of stairs and around to our room than wait on the elevator. This doesn’t live up to the Sheraton name. It has me rethinking booking...

“The staff was very friendly and helpful, which is always nice to encounter. However, there was musty smell throughout the whole property, and especially in the room which was on the sunken first level. The were stains throughout the bathroom and the room felt humid and moist no matter how we adjusted the controls. We were relieved when it was time to check out.”

“We were in a non-smoking room as was the room across from us, but someone in that room smoked constantly. The smell in the hall was overpowering, and it came drifting into our room whenever we opened the door. The elevators were very creaky and smelled bad. This hotel needs a MAJOR upgrade. An outdated feel, musty smell. Probably will never stay here again”

“Hotel is conveniently located close to I80 & I35. The staff was busy during check in but very attentive and friendly. Our room was quiet (with the exception of a lot of kids close by screaming) and clean. The pool area is deteriorating and needs maintenance desperately. Rotting wood, mismatched paint, knob missing to turn the jets on the hot tub. We did not have breakfast before heading home but the breakfast area was busy and looked as though there was a wide selection of choices available....
